Founder Program Terms

By applying for or participating in any Flow Founder Program (including Founding Users or Community Ambassadors programs), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in any Founder Program.

Flow offers two Founder Programs designed to reward early supporters and community ambassadors:

• Programs are available to individuals and businesses who meet our criteria
• Applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation
• Limited slots are available for certain programs and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• You must provide accurate information in your application
• We may verify any information provided in your application

As a participant in our Founder Programs, you agree to:

• Act in good faith and provide honest feedback when requested
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect other community members and maintain appropriate conduct
• Not use the program to spam, harass, or harm others
• Provide accurate social media handles and contact information
• Allow Acertine Ltd to acknowledge your participation (when applicable)

• By participating, you grant Acertine Ltd permission to acknowledge your participation publicly
• You may be asked to share content about Acertine Ltd on your social media channels
• All social media content must be authentic and comply with platform policies
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with relevant laws and platform terms
• Acertine Ltd may feature your content, testimonials, or profile in marketing materials
• You can opt out of public recognition by contacting us
• We will not use your content for marketing purposes without your explicit consent
• We will never tell you what to say or how to say it

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake accounts or fraudulent activity
• Using automated tools or bots
• Misrepresenting Acertine Ltd or its services
• Violating any social media platform terms of service
• Engaging in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Attempting to game or manipulate the reward system
• Sharing false or misleading information about Acertine Ltd
• Using the program to promote competing services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Acertine Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation
• Rewards and benefits are provided 'as is' without warranties
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from participation in the programs
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards actually provided
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes that affect program functionality

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any program at any time
• Program benefits and rewards may be changed with reasonable notice
• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

• If disputes cannot be resolved directly, they will be governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of England and Wales

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By participating in any Founder Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our main Terms of Service.
